Impact of Using eScience Lab Kit on Pharmacy Tech Program Enrollment
The presentation will discuss the implementation of a distance learning option to overcome accessibility barriers and increase enrollment in the Pharmacy Technology Program. We will also review of the utilization of the eScience Kit for pharmacy Technicians to meet the laboratory requirements of the Pharmacy Practice I course offered online at at Vance-Granville community College.

Creating Accessible Graphs with MathType and Desmos
In this presentation we will demonstrate a way to create accessible graphs using MathType software and the Desmos site. We have developed an automated process that creates accessible graphs for math, chemistry, and physics.

Integrating the V-Scope Explorer™ Virtual Microscope Program in Seated and Online Science Courses
Microscopic observations can provide an engaging way to help students learn many principles of biology and anatomy/physiology. The goal of this session is to demonstrate the capabilities of the V-Scope Explorer™ virtual microscope program to engage students and enhance learning in Basic Biology, Microbiology, and Anatomy/Physiology courses, both seated and online. The program is available through the NCLOR to all colleges in the NC Community College system at no cost for faculty or students.
