After a brief history of copyright to demonstrate why this is important, we will touch on the Teach Act and how this section of the copyright law allows us to use copyrighted material in our classrooms. The majority of the time will then be spent on Fair Use and the guidelines used to determine Fair Use of copyrighted material in our online classrooms.
